Course is held for 6 days in Silver Spring, Maryland on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for two weeks. Since each class is connected to the next, plan to attend all, in sequence. (When Monday is a holiday, the course is held on Tuesday.)

Learn Raja Yoga Meditation
Raja Yoga is an ancient system of meditation and spiritual understanding. At its deepest level, Raja Yoga Meditation is taught as a method of self-awareness, leading ultimately to self-realization.
The Foundation Course in Meditation Includes:
- The method and experience of meditation;
- Understanding the nature of the self and God;
- The philosophy of karma and the cycle of time; and
- Making meditation and spirituality a practical part of your daily life.
