The good news is that we usually host a massage focused workshop every couple of months, so please sign up for our mailing list to stay in the loop with all our fun goings-on.

Thanks again, hope to see you soon!

Touch Me 2.0! Sensual Massage Techniques Workshop

This massage workshop was designed to help people find new ways to draw closer together through the use of touch, massage and intimate communication!

In this workshop we'll focus on improving the quality of your touch and making your massage sessions more sensual. You will learn how to help your partner reach a state of relaxation, surrender; where they can experience a heightened sense of sensuality and pleasure. Every part of the human body can be an erogenous zone, we'll explore different ways to touch and how to ask which areas your partner finds especially erogenous. You will learn how to touch and massage your partner in the ways that they most want to be touched.

  • Learn how to give a massage without your hands hurting.

  • Different positions to massage in

  • Make your massage last more than 5 minutes

  • Giving and receiving feedback

  • Reflexology points on the feet.

  • We'll focus on back, booty and feet but we'll probably go over the whole body

  • Basic strokes of Swedish massage

In order to practice the techniques *in* class, a partner or friend will be make it easier to do so (tickets are sold individually, so if you are interested in coming with someone else, make sure to get a ticket each!) The tone of class will be taught with couples in mind, since body massage tends to be (at least) a two person activity.

Please bring two pillows and one yoga mat (or something comparable to sit on) so that techniques can be practices comfortably.

Join our guest educator, Che- a licensed massage therapist- as she shows you the most wonderful ways to touch and relax or arouse your partner.

If you are running late:

Because the topics of sex, sexuality, intimacy, etc are so personal and often taboo in our society, our staff and educators work very hard to create events that make people feel comfortable learning and sharing. Much of the working agreements and standards of behavior tend to take place at the beginning of our short workshops. As such, if you arrive more than 25 minutes after the workshop is scheduled to begin, we will not be able to allow you to join this time around and your tickets will be forfeited. We hope that this helps to encourage people to come on time and enjoy the entirety of the event, and create a comfortable space for everyone attending!

Cancellation:

We have a limited number of seats available for each workshop in order to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. Please be mindful that others may be interested in attending sold out workshops. If you must cancel, please notify Lotus Blooms at least 48 hours prior to the workshop and you will receive a store credit, less a $10 cancellation fee per ticket. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible to receive the store credit. A full refund will be issued only in the event that Lotus Blooms cancels the workshop.

To cancel your ticket more than 48 hours in advance for the gift card (minus the transaction fee), email [email protected] and we will account for the date the cancellation was sent.
