No American should be forced to pay a political organization to work in public service. Yet this requirement is imposed on more than 5 million government workers in 22 states. On Feb. 26, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the case Janus v. AFSCME. The plaintiff in this case is Mark Janus, a child support specialist from Illinois. If Mark's case is successful, the Supreme Court will end the injustice of mandatory union fees, and restore workers’ rights to freedom of speech and association. Join us on Feb. 26 for a rally outside the Supreme Court to show your support for Mark Janus and workers' rights!
