The humble pepper has travelled the world and can found in almost all of the world’s great cuisines.
From "Grains of Paradise" to the "Ancho" to the "Trinidad Moruga Scorpion" - chili peppers come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and intensities of heat.
This session will take us through the world of peppers where we’ll learn about the Scoville scale, the different ways to use peppers to enhance the flavor of your meals, and how peppers can keep you healthy and happy.
This session will take place in the large Meeting Room.
