Come join with us for Black Panther release (formerly known as post-Valentine's day or President's Day) weekend at the Washington, D.C. Temple Visitor's Center - February 17th and 18th.

Join us on Saturday, February 17th:
8:30am - 4:30pm
Community Dinner "Grab and Gather" 5pm to 9pm

The 2018 Black Pioneer Legacy Conference will be a day-long event about the legacy of Black Pioneers in the LDS Church.

This is a conference for all interested communities in and outside of the LDS Church.

The conference begins at 9am with a breakfast and opening remarks.

Sessions run concurrently from 9:30 until 12:00 where we will have lunch and a keynote speaker.

After lunch we will have our final 2 sessions and closing remarks to finish at 4:30pm.

We will convene for dinner at 5:30 pm with plans to attend the 7pm Washington DC Temple Session for those interested. Others may remain at the dinner and socialize until 9pm

Join us Sunday, February 18th:

We are invited to attend Church sessions at 10am with the DC 3rd and Anacostia wards.

We will meet for a community dinner at 4pm and attend the DC Temple Visitor's Center 'Why I believe" monthly fireside at 7pm.
