Come and sample a number of simple yet profound self-care practices that you can use to turn that #radicalkindness on yourself. As we approach mid-winter, come out of your cave and sample healthy snacks, luxuriate in soothing teas and aromas, and experience a healing lovingkindness meditation, the flow of meditative movement and the exhilaration of creative expression. Leave with vibrant new self-care tools that you can use to create your own daily practice to sustain your wellness in 2018 and beyond. Led by Lisa McCrohan, Ann Duvall and Rachel Bridges.
