Participants will learn about cycle of the Jewish New Year and high holiday season as a time of reflection and personal preparation for the year to come. Each person will choose a word or phrase as a kavvanah (intention) or mantra for the New Year and have the opportunity to illuminate it through art. We'll also do a special water ritual to let go of the past year and to mindfully enter into the high holiday season.
No prior experience or artistic talent necessary. All materials will be provided. Open to all genders and backgrounds.
