Participants will learn about cycle of the Jewish New Year and high holiday season as a time of reflection and personal preparation for the year to come. Each person will choose a word or phrase as a kavvanah (intention) or mantra for the New Year and have the opportunity to illuminate it through art. We'll also do a special water ritual to let go of the past year and to mindfully enter into the high holiday season.
