August is RUM MONTH.
Join us for an intimate collaboration dinner between Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar and Brugal Rum from the Dominican Republic. Sit down to an evening of fine dining, educational imbibing and spend a fun night learning about rum and how it became the most popular spirit in the colonial days of early America. Taste its many forms from white, spiced to aged and enjoy a highly creative and curated four course meal from Cuba Libre’s executive chef Pablo Catalan paired with rum neat, in cocktail form and incorporated in some of the dishes. Limited to 20 seats. Join us for an entertaining and informative night of amazing food and cocktails while becoming a rum expert. The night kicks off with a cocktail hour starting at 6:30 pm and seated dinner at 7 pm. Tickets are $85 per person and include tax and gratuity. Vegetarian friendly menu options will be available.
