- How to assess common movement mistakes in the snatch and clean and jerk whilst factoring an individual’s athropometry.
- How to effectively fix said mistakes with cueing and selective drilling.
- How to program the weekly (micro), monthly (meso), and yearly (macro) cycle to optimize weightlifting and sports performance.
My aim is to not just theorize about training, but to give the attendees a direct "playbook," to take the next steps as a coach and/or athlete.
This seminar will be physically and learning intensive so please be ready to move and take notes!
