The AAAS-Lemelson Invention Ambassadors Program is thrilled to announce the newly-selected 2018-2019 class of Invention Ambassadors!

Please join us for a special program on Tuesday, July 24th at 5:30 pm at the AAAS Auditorium to meet inventors driving advancements in accessibility, security, healthcare delivery, and sustainability, hear their personal stories, and learn how their inventions are solving global challenges, strengthening economies, and fostering innovation around the world. A reception will follow at 7:00 pm.

The AAAS-Lemelson Invention Ambasassadors Program is a partnership between the American Association for the Advancement of Science and The Lemelson Foundation. The program exists to showcase the human face of invention and give inventors a platform to demonstrate their role as change agents and problem solvers in society. Invention Ambassadors inspire a new and diverse generation of inventors dedicated to solving difficult global challenges, inform on the components needed to create inventions that sustainably solve global problems, and influence policymakers, thought leaders, and the public.
