Join Makers Meals as we explore the relationship between grower and chef and the increasingly small gap between our food and the table.

This multi-course meal will take place at Timber Pizza Co.'s beautiful rooftop garden, which is designed and managed by the urban gardeners at Love & Carrots. For this meal, Timber's Executive Chef Daniela Moreira will take us beyond her much-loved pizzas, crafting a unique menu that pays homage to her Argentinian roots and love for bringing to life local and seasonal flavors. The menu for the evening features everything from handmade empanadas to wood fire grilled shrimp served straight from the grill. As always, the meal will be complimented by cocktail and drink pairings!

The evening will begin with a journey through the chef's garden and a short tutorial on how to grow a culinary garden at home.
