12:00-1:00 p.m. A farm fresh lunch with organic locally-sourced foods
1:00-2:00 p.m. Nourishment & sustainability - a discussion and q&a w/ a panel of local farmers
2:00-2:30 p.m. - conclusion, exhibitor booths open
