The most important part of Brazilian Zouk technique, even more important than how you connect with your partner, is how you step and move your own body. In this workshop we'll focus on footwork and posture in zouk basics and for traveling around the floor.

2-3:30pm Smooth Out Your Head and Body Movement

Zouk is known for upper body movement, which is one of the most characteristic and challenging parts of this dance. This workshop will focus on proper technique for leading and following head and body movement in zouk so you can smooth out your dancing.
