APA|DC's Third Annual DC Portfolio Review

This is a once a year event aimed at advertising, commercial and editorial photographers.

Registration for this portfolio review is staggered. PRO and LEADER level APA members can begin registration on Friday 9/7. All other APA members can begin registration on 9/24, and the general public is welcome to register on 10/1. Not a member or want to upgrade?

BEFORE Completing this step, please apply for acceptance to the reviews by emailing a link to your website to [email protected] This FREE cursory review will be completed by an affiliate APA chapter and attendees will be notified of acceptance within 24 hours. If you partcipated in the portfolio review last year, please skip this step and go straight to registering.

UPON COMPLETION of this registration, we will contact you a week before the event to choose your top 5 preferred reviewers (we are still confirming reviewers). You will be awarded three, 17-minute time slots. Choices will be awarded in the order you register. We will make our best effort to match you with your chosen reviewers but we cannot garunteee your picks.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

We will verify membership in APA before assigning reviewers to each participant. Not a member? Join at www.apanational.org

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

METRO Green or Yellow and limited street and garage parking

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Please bring your print/digital portfolio. Over-the-ear headphones if you will be showing video work.

What is the refund policy?

We will accept refunds on a case-by-case basis.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

In order to ensure a high quality of attendees, each attendee is vetted, so the names must match.
